Why Should I join ARVIVID?
Enduring Self-Expression: Share your unique perspective and experiences with the world beyond the fleeting attention of social media by having your creation become a part of someone’s home, offices, or business establishments, making them beautiful and setting the scene/ environment suitable for space.
Monetary benefit:
Being part of the ARVIVID creator community is an opportunity to generate an extra source of income for the artists, through the sale of prints of their creations in open edition, limited edition or original work.
Social impact:
The creator will have the option to support a good cause by donating voluntarily to the NGOs on our list.
NGOs can create a new source of self-financing through the sale of works of art/photography, and/or benefit from receiving micro-donations from individual creators.
Can I submit artwork of different genres and styles?
Of course! We welcome works of art of various genres and styles, from landscapes, nature, wild wildlife, architecture, abstract and much more, as long as they are of your own creation and do not contain offensive or illegal content, or infringe proprietary rights. intellectual / copyright (protected landmarks, trademarks and brand logos). Portraits require the person/model in the image to waive rights by presenting written consent and photo identification. For photographs (artistic nudity), we would only accept artistic/abstract pieces; explicit content is not allowed. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Can I submit other types of artwork (illustrations, graphic designs, patterns) other than photographs?
Absolutely! Any type of art as long as it is digitized for printing.
In our artistic portfolio we already have photography, paintings, digital collage, illustrations, photomontages, and more!
How much does a creator get?
It depends on the size and the printing material of the work. See details in the Creators Guide here.
How do I define the selling price of my artwork?
For Open Edition prints, as well as for limited edition prints and original artwork, the selling price is always defined by the artist.
Here you can see how to calculate your earnings according to the base price for Open Edition prints.

Does being part of ARVIVID have any cost for the artist?
No! Joining ARVIVID’s creator community is completely free of charge.
Will the works of art/photography that I upload automatically appear on the shelf (purchase art section)?
No, the works you upload will undergo a selection process by ARVIVID to ensure consistency in the standards, style and quality of our offering. Treat your uploads as an “application”, and we’ll select the ones we deem appropriate to process and sell.
Why are some works of art not selected?
Artworks that are blurry and/or of poor resolution, or that do not meet legal requirements are automatically disqualified.
Art is subjective, and our goal is to offer works of art with decorative value and consistent with the style that our brand represents. Not being selected simply means that it is not in line with our strategy. Our selection process is not intended to be used as an indication of whether or not a creation is good.
What happens to my works that are not selected? Will I be notified?
Unselected artwork files will be disposed of within 60 days, and ARVIVID will not claim any rights to unselected pieces. Due to the number of uploads, we will not be able to notify you individually. However, we will contact you within 14 days after the selected ones are sent.
Who is in charge of printing the artworks?
In the case of open edition prints, ARVIVID takes care of the entire printing process, framing (if requested by the buyer) and shipping of the work, always ensuring the highest quality standards.
In case of limited edition prints, there may be two options:
- The artist is responsible for the printing, production and shipping of the works with their corresponding certificate of authenticity, and passing through a prior examination of the integrity and quality of the work by ARVIVID.
- The artist commissions ARVIVID to produce the work. ARVIVID offers Giclée printing on Hahnemühle grade media, be it paper or canvas. The artist can suggest the type of medium; ARVIVID reserves the right to make the necessary decisions to maintain the highest quality that it proposes to offer.
How should I upload my artworks to be assessed by ARVIVID?
It is of utmost importance to upload your artwork in good quality, so that your print finish is professional and spectacular! On the other hand, the higher the image quality is, the more variety of sizes we will be able to offer.
The best final format for uploading images is as follows:
- Format: JPEG in RGB
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Weight: Less than 30 MB
Important! It is not valid to increase the file size, you will only decrease the quality of the image.
What information should I include in my creator profile?
Buyers are interested in knowing whose work they are buying, that’s why a good description of you will have a greater impact on future buyers interested in your work.
Answering these questions can help you create a good description of yourself: Who am I? Where am I from? Where do I live? What do I study? What are my hobbies? What inspires me?
Are there any exclusivity clauses?
Not in the case of open edition prints. If you sell with ARVIVID you can sell on your own website or third party websites without any problem.
In the case of limited edition prints, we only require exclusivity on the copy or copies represented by ARVIVID. For example, if ARVIVID represents copy nº7 of an edition of 25 prints, we only require exclusivity on that copy, not on the whole edition.
In the case of an original work, we do not require exclusivity, but if the work is sold through a different channel other than ARVIVID, we require to be informed as quickly as possible so that we can remove the work from our website.
How do artists invoice?
At the end of each month, if any of your works have been sold, we will send you a report with your corresponding earnings and a form through which you can invoice these earnings.
Payments will be made on the fifth day of the month, fifteen days after receipt of the last invoice. Payments will be made via PayPal or the payment transfer methods provided by the bank account information.
Can I upload works that have already been sold?
As long as they are for the sale of prints, and you own the copyright to these works, you can upload works that have already been sold.
Why do I need to provide a photo ID as a creator?
This is to guarantee the responsibility from the source of the load and the traceability of the works of art. Since we are paying creators, it is also important to have a formal form of identification to prevent fraud and other types of abuse of the ARVIVID platform
Why buy from ARVIVID?
Our works help create the right environment to give life to any space and give it a unique essence through art. We offer a wide range of media and styles to suit your preferences.
Invite and share diverse perspectives and experiences from our collaborating artists around the world in your space.
Support artists and NGOs with every purchase.
What print formats are available? What is the difference?
We offer art on paper and canvas, both framed and unframed, for up to 6 sizes.
Framed paper prints add an elevated layer of decoration to different spaces.
Canvas’ fabric base and matte quality make the artwork stand out for its richness of color and texture. Ideal for multifunctional and living spaces.
What’s the difference between Open Edition and Limited Edition Prints?
Open Edition prints may be reproduced as many times as required as there is no limit on the number of prints.
Limited Edition prints have only a limited number of prints and will no longer be available for purchase once the print run is complete. For example, an artwork of a limited edition of 10 means that only 10 prints exist and will ever exist in this world. Such scarcity makes limited edition art collectible. All Limited Edition prints come with a certificate confirming the sequence number within the run as well as the total number of editions,e.g., edition 6/10, and signed by the artist.
How are prints produced?
All prints are done with high-precision Giclée printing with archival quality ink for rich colors and high fidelity rendering. Giclée printing is often used for fine art reproduction by museums.
For Open Editions, we use textured fine art paper, professional grade luster photo paper, or 3.8mm-thick hand-stretched canvas.
For Award-Winning photography, we use different types of Hahnemuhle grade fine art paper (Photo Rag, Pearl, etc) and canvas.
For Limited Edition prints, we use different types of Hahnemuhle grade fine art paper (Photo Rag, Pearl, etc) German Etching, William Turner, etc) or canvas, depending on the choice of the artist, to allow maximum expression of the artwork.
