A stunning photograph shows a line of blue wildebeest (Connochaetes taurinus) roaming the dry Nossob riverbed. This beautiful still was taken in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier park, South Africa. A sandstorm ripples through the camelthorn trees (acacia erioloba) filtering light and background making the wildebeest stand out almost silhouettes in the wild. This intriguing piece offers art as a portal into the perspectives and places worldwide, creating a calmly daring and exciting space. With sophisticated flair, this wall art can frame a cozy library or study space with its calming energy and movement.

Description

Thomas Dressler | Germany

“You can take a man out of Africa, but you can’t take Africa out of a man”. This is exactly what happened to Thomas Dressler when he traveled for the first time to Africa. Today, his photography  has taken him to the far-flung corners of Africa. Whilst this love affair with Africa is constantly rekindled, other new photo destinations have been added in more recent years, including southern Morocco, Southwest USA, Cuba, and Spain, emphasizing its southernmost province Andalusia. Thomas collaborates with international magazines and publishers. His work has been published, among others, in Africa Geographic, Animan, Condé Nast Traveller, National Geographic Magazine, Terra, Terre Sauvage.
