Russbelt Guerra Carranza is a Peruvian painter, specifically Piurano, born in El Alto, Talara. He graduated from the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes Macedonio de la Torre de Trujillo in 2000 and went on to participate in group shows locally and abroad. His successes include being a finalist in the IV Calandria Cartoon Contest of UNESCO, first place in the Regional Painting Contest of the Provincial Municipality of Piura, special in in the Salón de Arte Juvenil Trujillo, and participation in the International Biennial of Contemporary Art Chapingo Mexico 2008. By 2020 he has presented four individual shows and continues to delight with his unique and imaginative style.
